Yellow Cake Mix

2 c flour

1 TBS baking powder

1 tsp salt

½ c softened butter

1 ¼ c sugar

2 eggs

¾ c milk

1 tsp vanilla

Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Mix the cake and flour mixture slowly to butter mixture in a large bow, beating well. Add half flour mixture then half the milk and vanilla. Mix in the rest of flour mixture and egg beating well after each. Mix until smooth. Pour into pan, bake 375 25-35 min.
